What changed
The exact GPG-verified Flatpak is qualified under Xwayland and native Wayland, with separate signed GNOME and KDE gates for desktop-secret integration.
Why
Source tests do not prove portal availability, compositor behavior, installed sandbox permissions, profile isolation, GPU startup, restart, or uninstall preservation.
Invariant
CI installs the same signed repository it tests, never disables GPG verification, preserves user data on uninstall, and keeps native Wayland as an explicit separate qualification.
Delivery
Qualification only. The pull request uses an ephemeral CI key; the manual signed workflow uses repository secrets when available. No Flatpak repository is published.
Verification
pnpm test:linux-installedUbuntu Xwayland installed package
headless native Wayland installed package
signed GNOME/KDE workflow definition
