What changed
The Flatpak build uses explicit XDG config, data, cache, state, and session roots inside the application sandbox.
Why
Flatpak must not depend on host-home paths or create a second implicit storage layout.
Invariant
The exact Flatpak application ID selects the sandbox roots; disposable
--user-data-dirfixtures remain isolated and take precedence.Delivery
