What changed
The exact installed Windows package is exercised through setup, profile creation, isolated sessions, Tools, restart, update metadata, and uninstall preservation.
Why
Source tests cannot prove installer paths, Credential Manager behavior, taskbar identity, or data survival across uninstall.
Invariant
The installed launcher owns one window per profile, synthetic credentials remain isolated, and uninstall does not erase user-owned data.
Delivery
Qualification only. CI builds an unsigned local installer; the signed manual gate uses repository secrets when available. Nothing is published.
