What changed
Windows receives native known-folder roots and a narrow Credential Manager host for saved login secrets.
Why
Profiles need Windows-native persistence without plaintext fallback or Electron renderer access to credentials.
Invariant
Only the main process can address profile-scoped credential slots; failures are fail-closed and clearing one profile cannot clear another.
Delivery
Review-only Windows foundation. No application release.
Verification
Windows native-host unit tests
synthetic Credential Manager probe
IPC and saved-login policy tests
Focused change
Relevant checks run
Synthetic credentials only
