Scope

Record a read-only, preliminary review of the new independent aroTHERM plus HW5103 submission in #42 in docs/VALIDATION.md.

Documented

• Submitted bundle SHA-256 and provenance as reported, without treating the metadata as authentication
• Initial ZIP/member SHA-256, deterministic layout and aggregate counter checks
• 78,540 accepted frames / 4,420 evidence events across the four bundled v2 checks
• B512 state 0 only in this ~10h49m window; no new meanings assigned
• Open caveats: 27 skipped records, no system.json, and strict trusted verify --submission not executed

Review policy

• This is preliminary, not a recorded VALID / PASS from the official verifier.
• No submitted ZIP, raw data, internal Analyzer document, research topology or private paths are committed.
• Leave unmerged until a trusted local ./evidence verify --submission pass is obtained; then update wording as appropriate.
