Experimental only

This draft PR exists to run the normal CI against a small cross-hardware Evidence profile requested for follow-up testing in #38.

It is not intended for merge yet.

The profile deliberately records structural/raw discriminators without promoting new protocol semantics:

  • B507 /0209XX request reference + response variants;
  • B508 /0209 state byte;
  • B505 /025c00 and B510 /020601 periodic structural controls;
  • HMU/VWZ B531 /0301 raw LPC payloads;
  • controller B531 /0203 raw Gateway-LPC state;
  • extended B510 /0b0017 companion frame.

The experimental profile is also added to the branch-local public-submission allowlist so a tester using this exact branch can produce a normal verified bundle.

main, the immutable rc2 release, and hw5103-open-evidence v2 are unchanged.

The experiment has now served its purpose.

The profile was used successfully against the independent HW0403/VRC700/VWZ00 dataset from #38 and produced the cross-hardware discriminator we wanted. The results have been reviewed and documented separately.

I do not want to merge this experimental profile into the normal release path as-is. A future public profile should be designed deliberately from the accumulated evidence rather than promoting the complete experimental set.

Closing this draft PR without merge therefore preserves the experiment and its exact revision while keeping main, v0.1.0rc2 and the current v2 profile unchanged.
