  1. Load e57 adn save e57 -> I cant open e57 file in Cloud compare
  2. I am not sure id data is subsampled during load e57
  3. Afer loading e57 -> save all marked scans -> global scan saves 0 points
    all tested on windows

    I have repro on subsampling - it is not subsampled
