Older TLS dependencies accept certificate paths containing compromised emSign intermediate keys and carry additional rustls vulnerabilities. Update the lockfile to rustls 0.23.46, rustls-webpki 0.103.16, and webpki-root-certs 1.0.10 without changing bridge behavior or enabling live connections.
Validation: pinned Nix Rust 1.97.1 formatting, warnings-denied all-feature/all-target Clippy, and all-feature tests passed (84 tests across fixture suites). A fresh cargo-deny scan reports no remaining TLS vulnerabilities, but still fails on pre-existing RUSTSEC-2026-0319 (anymap2 is unmaintained, no safe upgrade) and warns about the existing yanked yoke-derive 0.8.3. This patch adds no advisory exceptions. No Matrix, model, or live agent connections were used.
