agent: put the sidebar logo in the top row on Windows and Linux - #1394

macOS keeps the Maple logo under the traffic lights, with the sidebar toggle, search and new-task buttons beside them. Windows and Linux have no traffic lights there, which left an empty corner above the logo. Without traffic lights, the wordmark (expanded) and the mark (collapsed) now sit in that corner, centered on the header's line. The toolbar follows the logo one button gap after it, and slides between the two places with the sidebar animation. macOS is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
On macOS the sidebar's Maple logo sits under the traffic lights, and the sidebar toggle, search and new-task buttons sit beside them. Windows and Linux have no traffic lights in that corner, so the top-left was an empty gap, with the logo pushed down below it.
On Windows and Linux:
macOS is unchanged: the toolbar stays fixed beside the traffic lights and the logo stays under them. The geometry is the same as before.
Known trade-off, left as is for now: off macOS the toggle moves when pressed. After a collapse, the pointer sits over New task, so a quick second click starts a task instead of reopening the sidebar. We'll watch real use before changing it.

These are macOS builds with the transparent title bar turned off locally, so the system's opaque bar stands in for the Windows or Linux one. The app content below it is the Windows/Linux layout.
