Prepare Agent 0.0.8 by updating the workspace version and eight local package entries in its lockfile. External dependencies and Research versions are unchanged.
This follows the merged attachments/wire 7 work and the staging-test fix in #1298. It also includes the already merged Windows packaging support; Windows installers remain manual downloads. #1261 remains excluded.
Validation:
MAPLE_HOOK_FULL=1passed the complete pinned Agentjust ci: four strict Clippy configurations, warning-denied build/tests, 759 runtime tests, 1,010 desktop tests, 307 headless tests and 65 updater tests.zstd/zstd-safe/zstd-sysadvisories in the dependency audit. Signed SQLCipher source regeneration passed. Proper dependency remediation is under investigation; no advisory exception or release publication has occurred.Signed macOS/Linux update publication requires fresh packages from the final merged source and the existing protected publication checks. The owner will test the upgrade path locally.

4f36309aad3b1f34c3fbe111b02b1e7d95f216b7, allowing fresh hosted CI to run concurrently. The previous head’s audit failures remain preserved; they have not been rerun away. No further full local CI run was started. Final merge/publication requires the approved policy, passing current hosted checks, and qualified signed packages.
