…of TilesSeeding (MAPCO-11709) Overseer no longer creates the TilesSeeding job. Track the cache-deletion jobs it now creates for update and swap-update flows instead. - replace the seed job/task definitions with updateDeleteCache and swapDeleteCache job types, both routed to a single tiles-deletion flow - rename SeedJobHandler to DeleteCacheJobHandler reading taskFlowManager.deleteCacheTasksFlow - update env-var mapping, Helm values/configmap, README and tests BREAKING CHANGE: JOB_DEFINITIONS_JOB_SEED, JOB_DEFINITIONS_TASK_SEED and SEED_TASKS_FLOW are no longer read; use JOB_DEFINITIONS_JOB_UPDATE_DELETE_CACHE, JOB_DEFINITIONS_JOB_SWAP_DELETE_CACHE and DELETE_CACHE_TASKS_FLOW.
