Summary

Forces the patch release for MAPCO-11282 that didn't fire.

Release-As: 4.5.1 — empty commit, no code change.

Why this is needed

The raster-shared upgrade squashed onto master as deps: upgrade .... release-please doesn't recognise deps as a conventional-commit type — it's a Dependabot prefix from .github/dependabot.yaml that was never added to changelog-types — so the commit was discarded and no release PR opened.

Release-As: overrides that and forces the version explicitly (documented behaviour, and their own example uses chore: + --allow-empty).

The dependency change is already on master — this only tells release-please which version to cut.

After merge

release-please should open chore(master): release 4.5.1. Merging that tags the release and publishes.

For reference, the two repos whose commit type landed correctly already got theirs automatically: overseer 2.11.1, mc-models 19.2.3.

Follow-up

Worth adding deps/devdeps to changelog-types in release-please-config.json so Dependabot's own PRs stop being silently dropped. Own ticket.

Release-As: 4.5.1

Forces the patch release for MAPCO-11282 (raster-shared -> ^8.3.0).

The upgrade PR squashed onto master as "deps: upgrade ...". release-please
does not recognise "deps" as a conventional-commit type - it is a Dependabot
prefix from .github/dependabot.yaml, never added to changelog-types - so the
commit was discarded and no release PR was opened.

The dependency change is already on master; this empty commit only tells
release-please which version to cut.
