Adds a 2026-09-04 changelog entry documenting three user-facing changes from this PR.

Added: safeAreaInsets row on caniuse and host Compare, tracking which hosts send hostContext.safeAreaInsets (Claude: 12 px; Cursor, VS Code, Codex, Le Chat: omitted). Fixed: Playground safe-area insets now seed from the selected host's template instead of always defaulting to 0. Changed: Compare preset order now matches caniuse.dev, MCPJam moved to last chip position, and support-level filter pills (All / Missing / Partial / Full) removed from the Compare toolbar.
