Maven 的新建项目入口（maven-java）和 Maven Archetype 生成器从 Java Support 移到本插件：模板与图标逐字节搬来，字段、条件和步骤与原定义一致。打包脚本检查每个入口引用的图标和模板目录确实在包内。

Java 拆分的一部分：Maven 相关的新建项目入口从 Java Support 移到本插件，宿主和 Java 插件都不再写 Maven 内容。
maven-java：项目区，Maven 工程，可选 JDK、示例代码、GroupId、ArtifactId。maven-archetype：生成器区，用mvn archetype:generate生成工程。openFiles与 Java Support 原定义逐项核对一致，只是去掉了原来的buildSystem选择。templates/java/maven、standard-*）和入口图标（maven-project*.svg）从 Java Support 逐字节搬来，NOTICE 补了来源说明。requires加projectGenerators: 1，权限加project.generate。scripts/package.mjs打包前检查每个入口引用的图标和模板目录都在包内，并且不能用绝对路径或..。合入顺序
要和 Lithe-IDEA/lithe-plugin-java#5 、Lithe-IDEA/lithe-plugin-gradle#6 一起合入、一起发版。只合 Java 那边，新建项目窗口里会少掉 Maven 入口。
languageImport.settings的导出（把 Maven settings 交给 Java）不在这个 PR，等 #8 合入后用 Rust 后端单独做。验证
node scripts/package.mjs：通过，zip 里有全部模板和图标。node scripts/test-process.mjs、node scripts/test-backend.mjs、node scripts/test.mjs（本机 Maven）：全部通过。validate-index.mjs校验dist/maven-build-0.1.2-darwin.zip：通过。
