release: 发布 Maven 0.1.2 预览版 - #10

plugin.json、extension/pom.xml、backend/pom.xml 升到 0.1.2。 release.yml 改用 PRERELEASE_TAGS 列出预发布版本（v0.1.0、v0.1.2）， 发版说明写明 litheLogging 1 依赖，并在存在时并入 docs/releases/<tag>.md； 更正过时的 --expect-tag 注释。README 说明稳定版继续用 Store 里的 0.1.1。

改动
plugin.json、extension/pom.xml、backend/pom.xml从 0.1.1 改为 0.1.2，打包脚本会检查三者一致。.github/workflows/release.ymlv0.1.0，改为由PRERELEASE_TAGS: v0.1.0 v0.1.2列出。命中的版本带--prerelease，安装说明改为从磁盘安装。litheLogging 1，稳定版 0.6.7 请继续用 0.1.1。docs/releases/<tag>.md，发版时把它并入 Release 说明。--expect-tag的注释还写着 feat(logging): 接入 litheLogging 1 结构化诊断 #9 已删除的LITHE_SDK_JAR检查，已更正。docs/releases/v0.1.2.md：0.1.2 的变化。README.mdPRERELEASE_TAGS。docs/releases/。0.1.2 包含的功能变化（已在 #9 合入）

Java SDK 在宿主不提供
litheLogging时拒绝初始化。稳定版 v0.6.7 满足buildSystems/buildProviders/serverProcess，能装但构建后端起不来，而清单没法声明这个依赖。0.1.1 当前是 Latest 并且已收录 Store；如果 0.1.2 发成正式版，Store 追踪会把它推给稳定版用户。验证
本地均通过：
node scripts/package.mjs --expect-tag v0.1.2，sha256b84774545bf3…node scripts/test-backend.mjs，0 失败node scripts/test.mjs，真实 Maven，0 失败ruby -ryaml解析release.ymlscripts/verify-scripts.mjs需要--host-bundle，CI 也不运行它，所以没有跑。合入后打
v0.1.2tag 触发 Release 工作流。
