Expected Behavior

When I finish a screen recording, the system settings should return to their original state without enabling "Show touches" automatically.

Current Behavior

Even if the "Show touches/Show taps" option is turned off before starting a recording, the setting is forcefully toggled on and stays active immediately after stopping the recording.

Possible Solution

Fix the cleanup script or lifecycle handling in SystemUI / ScreenRecorder when the recording session terminates, ensuring it respects the previous global state of show_touches.
