Welcome to the Circadian Analysis Toolbox wiki!

This toolbox contains a collection of functions and classes designed to aid in the analysis of data related to the study of light's impact on the circadian system.

This wiki will give an introduction on how to get started with the toolbox. For detailed help on the included functions please use MATLAB's help or doc function to view the help for that file. It is assumed that the user has at least a basic knowledge of using MATLAB and GitHub.

System Requirements

• MATLAB R2014a or newer
• CDF patch for your version of MATLAB installed.
