🆙 chore: Bump Packages and Helm for v0.8.8

Summary

Release blockers were fixed after the v0.8.8 preparation PR #15735 merged. Advance each publishable workspace package by one patch and give the LibreChat Helm chart a new package version so those fixes can be released without changing the application version.

The root, backend, and frontend app versions and the chart's appVersion remain v0.8.8. Config remains 1.3.17. RAG chart, dependency ranges and resolutions, Docker/test markers, README, and written docs are unchanged. Both npm and Bun lockfiles carry the four new workspace versions, without unrelated dependency churn.

• npm 11.13.0 and Bun 1.4.2 lockfile regeneration completed. Bun's unrelated existing dependency/schema drift was excluded; both parsed lockfiles match the new manifests and are structurally identical to the base apart from the four versions.
• Release assertions passed: each package is base + one patch, chart is 2.0.16, application and chart appVersion remain v0.8.8, config is unchanged, and exactly seven files changed.
• Scoped Prettier checks passed on all four package manifests using repository formatting options (the Tailwind plugin is irrelevant to JSON and omitted from the local validator).
• Helm 3.19.0: dependency build, lint, configured rendering, and local packaging to librechat-2.0.16.tgz passed. Rendered application image remains registry.librechat.ai/librechat-ai/librechat:v0.8.8.
• helm/librechat/tests/credentials_render_test.sh and langfuse_fanout_selector_test.sh passed.
• git diff --check passed.
• Bare default Helm rendering still fails on null librechat.configEnv; reproduced on the pinned, unmodified base. Configured rendering with --set-json 'librechat.configEnv={}' passes. The existing MongoDB initContainers coalescing warning remains unchanged. No template fix is bundled with these version bumps.
• Local npx tsc --noEmit for packages/api, packages/client, packages/data-provider, and packages/data-schemas, full npm run static-checks, runtime Jest suites, and Lighthouse were not run. This worktree has no project dependency install or TypeScript compiler; no source/runtime code changed. Exact-head GitHub CI and independent review are tracked below.

This head bumps the four publishable packages to 1.7.51, 0.4.81, 0.8.526, and 0.0.73, and the Helm chart to 2.0.16. Application versions and Helm appVersion stay v0.8.8. Seven files, thirteen numeric/version replacements, no source or dependency resolution changes.
