Next.js was pinned at 15.4.1, which npm audit reports as critical. The most severe of these is GHSA-9qr9-h5gf-34mp, an unauthenticated RCE in the React Server Components flight protocol; the frontend uses the App Router, so it is affected:

`npm audit` output:

This PR bumps next and eslint-config-next to 15.5.25. npm audit no longer reports any advisory against next itself.

(AI disclosure: I used Claude Opus for this, reviewed it and wrote this PR description)

Next.js was pinned at 15.4.1, which npm audit reports as critical. The
most severe of these is GHSA-9qr9-h5gf-34mp, an unauthenticated RCE in
the React Server Components flight protocol; the frontend uses the App
Router, so it is affected. The frontend container is the only service
published on a host port, which makes this reachable.

Bumps next and eslint-config-next to 15.5.25, the latest 15.x patch
release, and regenerates the lockfile. After the bump npm audit no
longer reports any advisory against next itself.

Build, lint and the jest suite pass unchanged.
