Summary
Adds a daily candidate discovery workflow that scans GitHub and arXiv for recent Lean projects and records new findings in
candidates/discovered.yml.The discovered file uses keyed YAML maps (
github.<owner/repo>andarxiv.<id>) so repeated runs do not append duplicate records. Each GitHub record includes its repository URL and metadata/signals; each arXiv record includes its arXiv URL and any GitHub URLs extracted from the paper metadata.The discovery scoring no longer uses a two-star signal. Repositories are evaluated from project shape, Lean size, license, domain terms, and exclusion terms.
