Next rebuild: prefersCzech lives in row 9's threadTabs.ts, so rows 6 and 18 compile only after row 9 #102
Description
What
The overlay's language helper prefersCzech is exported from apps/web/src/lazurio/threadTabs.ts, which belongs to row 9 (the right panel's Environment browser tabs). Row 6 (LazurioPromptDraft.tsx, the prepared prompt's toast) and row 18 (LazurioSignIn.tsx, providers sign in through Lazurio) import it from there.
Why it matters
The rebuild onto v0.1.1 (#97) replays one commit per row in the Cílový stack order, and rows 6 and 18 do not typecheck on their own: row 6 comes before row 9, and row 18's group could not typecheck without a stand-in for row 9's file. The runbook only requires the head of the candidate to pass CI, so this is not a bug, but it couples three unrelated rows and makes every group rebuild of rows 6, 15–22 depend on the web panel group.
Proposal
At the next rebuild, move prefersCzech into its own small overlay module (for example apps/web/src/lazurio/locale.ts) in the first row that uses it (row 6), and let rows 9 and 18 import it from there. No behaviour changes.
Found by the folder group of the v0.1.1 rebuild (#97).

Not done in the v0.1.4 rebuild (#143), which is a dry run. Since this issue was filed,
prefersCzechhas more users: it is defined in row 9'sthreadTabs.tsand imported by rows 6 (LazurioPromptDraft.tsx), 9 (LazurioEnvironmentBrowser.tsx), 13 (LazurioNewTab.tsx), 18 (LazurioSignIn.tsx), 25 (BuddySurface.tsx) and 27 (LazurioActingSender.tsx). Moving it now touches seven rows of a stack whose CI was already running, without changing behaviour.Proposed for the v0.1.5 rebuild:

Not done in the v0.1.5 rebuild (#148, PR #149) either, and deferred again to the next rebuild.
Why: moving
prefersCzechout of row 9'sthreadTabs.tsis a refactor with no behaviour change, and it touches seven files in rows 6, 9, 13, 18, 25 and 27 of a stack that already passed its independent check and is going to review. Each of those rows would need a new check for a change nobody sees. The full stack typechecks; only some rows on their own do not.Next rebuild: move it in stage 3 before the first replay (
apps/web/src/lazurio/locale.tsin row 6, as proposed above), so the rows are checked once with the helper in its own place.— T3 Release (bot)
