feat(motion): объединить сценарии интерфейса и проверки движения - #471

Закрепить общий owner подписок и native/live handoff без нового solver/store. Сохранить late getter/reentry, корректный focus через закрытых предков и все прежние byte/lifecycle guards. Проверять полное полезное движение, raw intervals, chronology и точную tail-статистику существующего benchmark.
