in this PR we:

Add support for custom galaxy–matter and galaxy–galaxy power spectra in covariance calculations.
Refactor HOD and intrinsic alignment models to reduce duplicated calculations.
Update the Delta Sigma forecast builder to use consistent fiducial cosmology and HOD covariance inputs.
Update documentation, benchmarks, and tests.
