This PR updates the boostedhh correction utilities for official Run-3 correction support.
It adds updated POG JSON path handling and correction helpers for pileup, jet veto maps, tau TES/VSjet/trigger SFs, muon scale/resolution/ID/trigger SFs, electron scale-smearing/Reco/ID/trigger SFs, and Run-3 JEC/JER.
For 2024, data JECs are routed by event run number, and JER is evaluated directly from the official continuous correctionlib JSON payload.
Systematic variations are returned by the helpers where available, while their full propagation to selected objects, MET, CA mass and output branches is left to the skimmer/systematics workflow.
