A plain .squeeze() drops axis 0 (the event axis) whenever a sample has exactly one row, silently turning a genuine (1, num_fatjets) array into 1-D or a (1,) scalar-per-event array into a bare Python scalar -- the latter breaks downstream boolean-mask indexing. Add _squeeze_keep_event_axis() and use it everywhere get_var() squeezes. Also fixes the same issue locally in derive_variables()'s Xbb/QCD extraction via np.atleast_2d, ahead of the general fix landing.

Supersedes #97 and includes a first iteration of the machinery to include the tagger SF. Some choices of implementation might not be definitive (eg what samples to apply the SF to, the correction structure in boosted hh, etc. )
