That file is generated from android/source/main/cpp/libangle_android_graphic_jni.cpp. @TrevorZzzzz has worked on this in the past and might have some insight on how to fix this.

With the new Google policies, all apps must support the 16KB page size by 31 May; otherwise, distribution will be blocked.
I’ve identified that base/lib/arm64-v8a/libangle_android_graphic_jni.so is flagged as incompatible with this requirement. I’m happy to jump in and help resolve it, but I’m not sure where this library is coming from in our codebase or dependencies.
