   谢谢反馈！确认是 Filee 的问题：首页"最近转换"保存的是转换时的预设名称文字，所以切换语言后，像「长图」这样的内置预设名称不会跟着变。

   修复在 #765：内置预设会按当前语言显示名称；你自己起的预设名称保持原样。合并后会在下一个版本中提供。已经保存的记录还会显示原来的文字，之后的新转换会跟着语言变化。

   Thanks for the report! Confirmed: Home's recent conversions kept the preset name as the text shown when the conversion ran, so after switching languages a built-in name like 长图 stayed in Chinese.

   The fix is in #765: built-in presets show their name in the current language, and your own preset names stay as you wrote them. It comes in the next release once merged. Entries saved before keep their old text; new conversions follow the language.
