Add integration test for Compliance whitelist wrapper

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The whitelist wrapper has not been tested at integration level, we need to add a test for it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Write tests covering:

• Whitelisting an address
• Transfer of a whitelisted bypassing compliance
• Non-whitelisted and non-compliant address still blocked
• Compliant non-whitelisted address still passing
