Create Now view MVP #1237

Feature Description

As a user, I want to be able to select which task I'm currently working on and see it prominently displayed in Compass, so that I can ensure that I maintain my focus while at the computer.

Scaffold the Now view content and workflow using the minimal amount of components and functionality

Use Case

This'll help users protect their focus and avoid distraction

This is meant to be a minimal MVP for this feature. The other sub-issues in this parent issue include enhancements
