Add Zygote v0.7 compat

Adds some missing unthunks needed to use Zygote v0.7. Some vectors still arrived thunked, giving method errors like

eigsolve: MethodError: Cannot `convert` an object of type ChainRulesCore.Thunk{ComposedFunction{ChainRulesCore.ProjectTo{AbstractArray, …}, ChainRules.var"#rrule##107#rrule##108"{…}}} to an object of type Vector{Float64}
svdsolve: MethodError: Cannot `convert` an object of type ChainRulesCore.Thunk{ComposedFunction{ChainRulesCore.ProjectTo{AbstractArray, …}, ChainRules.var"#rrule##107#rrule##108"{…}}} to an object of type Vector{Float64}
