Replaces withdrawn #56. This branch starts directly at upstream main
52feb605and changes only the README and three contribution templates.Adds concise differential-abundance guidance distinguishing NB log2 fold changes from CLR differences, plus bug-report, feature-request and PR templates based on CONTRIBUTING.md. Follow-up
ea974a2corrects the workspace description: it does not pass sample read-count bounds to the differential-abundance request.Validation: checked the method descriptions and request path against the implementation; parsed the issue forms as YAML and checked IDs;
git diff --checkpasses. Full CI passed for the previous commit. CI on ea974a2 passed. Julia/R/bun were not run locally.Leaves out the external wiki endorsement, new governance policy, duplicated code of conduct, dependency updates and unrelated fork history. Existing licence, citation and acknowledgement text is unchanged.
