Replaces withdrawn #55. The previous branch had absorbed unrelated fork history; this is one commit directly on upstream main
52feb605, touching only three proof files.Adds the PERMANOVA model from
e9bb4e2, imports it throughAll.agda, and documents its theorem-to-code mapping. The documentation now distinguishes label exchangeability from statistical validity or successful p-value reporting: Julia also withholds missing p-values.Validation performed:
bash proofs/tests/axiom-audit.shpasses (five reachable modules, clean);git diff --checkpasses. GitHub CI has also passed the axiom audit and type-check with Agda 2.6.4.3 and stdlib 2.1 (run). The same CI run has now passed the full Julia/integration suite and frontend unit tests. Julia was not run locally.Reproduction commands:
cd proofs/agda && agda MetaManifold/All.agdawith CI's pinned Agda/stdlib.julia --project=. test/unit/test_permanova.jl.No runtime, workflow, dependency, licensing or unrelated fork changes. Julia/R/bun were not run locally. No issues are closed by this replacement.
