๐ ๏ธ I build AI tools, automations, and internal software that help teams get work done.
My background is in Sales Ops. That shapes how I build: understand the work, find the friction, and work with the people doing it to create something useful.
Iโm especially interested in the repetitive steps and scattered information that teams learn to work around.
How I work: Observe โ prototype โ validate โ scale or stop.
- Search and discovery: Semantic text and image search that helps design and sales teams find past work across a creative archive of 100k+ assets.
- Tools inside the inbox: Front plugins that connect customer conversations to project lookup, design requests, and sample requests, with AI helping prepare briefs and fill request details.
- Workload and capacity reporting: Systems that combine operational data, email classification, and time studies to help leaders understand account workload and estimate team capacity.
- AI-assisted workflows: A quote agent in development that retrieves customer and product data and prepares priced PDFs for review, plus a personal content workflow that turns newsletter research into briefs and reviewed drafts.
| Project | What it does |
|---|---|
| ๐ Sock Scout | Semantic text and image search across 100k+ creative assets, used daily by design and sales teams. |
| ๐ฌ Portal+ Assist | A production Front sidebar for project lookup and design requests, with AI-drafted briefs reviewed before submission. |
| ๐ฆ Sample Hub | A Front plugin for creating sample records in HubSpot, with AI-assisted contact and shipping details reviewed before submission. |
| ๐ Sales Capacity Planner | An internal reporting tool that combines work counts, email classification, and time studies to estimate workload and team capacity. |
- Quote Agent: Building and testing an agent that retrieves customer and product data, asks for missing details, and prepares priced PDF quotes for a sales rep to review.
- AI Native Email System: Exploring how shared context and job-based workflows can help teams move work forward from the inbox, with autonomy earned through evaluation.
- Personal Content Engine: Turning newsletter research into reading briefs, post ideas, and drafts shaped by my perspective and editorial feedback.
- Repository-driven AI workflows: Exploring how saved context, reusable instructions, and feedback can make AI-assisted work easier to repeat and improve.
- Portfolio: Project highlights, background, and writing.
- Project showcase: Detailed contributions, architecture, demos, and evidence.
For roles or project work involving internal tools, GTM systems, or applied AI, Iโd love to talk.
