Add ability to choose and manage chat data storage location: - New ChatDataLocationState/ActionResult types in shared-types - Main process logic for migration, validation, and directory selection - IPC handlers for get/choose/restore operations - Preload API bridge for renderer access - Settings UI with current/pending location display - Restart-required notification for location changes - ADR documenting storage location decisions - Comprehensive test coverage (11 tests) This allows users to store chat data outside the default Electron userData directory, with proper migration and fallback handling.
