github/codeql-action*updates into one Dependabot PR (groupcodeql-action), as limesium and legatium already do. CodeQL rejects a workflow whose init/analyze/upload-sarif steps run different versions, so the separate bumps #70/#71 each failed CodeQL on their own.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
