All 2,092 interface messages. Vietnamese joins the language picker through the generated localizations. The confirm button says Đặt: the verb for a chosen number, not a workout set.

Adds Vietnamese (
vi, Tiếng Việt) to the language picker.lib/l10n/app_vi.arbhas all 2,092 messages fromapp_en.arb.flutter gen-l10nproducedapp_localizations_vi.dart.app_localizations.dartonly gains theviimport, supported locale, and lookup. The other locale files are unchanged.test/vietnamese_l10n_test.dartchecks the language name, that button, the support note (coffee before the star), and the single Vietnamese plural form.flutter test test/vietnamese_l10n_test.dartpasses here. The full suite is left to CI.
