问题描述 | Description

这个bug和issue#654差不多一样玄学，但确实存在且时不时就能复现。当墨迹被选中并移动后有概率导致墨迹始终处于可移动状态，表现为，在墨迹区域内创建图形时会导致墨迹被移动，并且无法创建。

复现步骤 | Steps to Reproduce

1.选中一些墨迹，然后执行缩放、移动和调整粗细的操作
2.选择一个图形并且尝试落点在墨迹区域内创建图形
3.图形无法创建且墨迹被移动
4.未检查过绘制功能是否也一样受到影响，因此建议用图形来测试。

还有一次复现的情况是：
开启了视频展台，然后正常绘制东西，没有使用过选择功能，此时在手势选项中打开了多指书写功能，就无法正常绘制了，绘制操作也变为了移动操作。

期望结果 | Expected Behavior

墨迹不会被意外的移动，绘制、创建图形操作恢复正常。

应该是移动墨迹后，某种特定的操作会导致墨迹处在被选择状态忘记重置，但是却成功隐藏了选择框，需要找到这个操作
