Source review completed for head 193faf394122897d2d30ff8656dc685414e6faaf, against API base / observed main 401ee8a256c21e6c489e7d179e62c70ac08723d3. No additional blocking source finding in this historical-provenance slice.
I checked the changed guidance against Ascend/MindSpeed 53193db8bf5def407c4041a9beb3f4c9e9773daf: default license text, argument validation versus the separate smart_swap selection guard, allocator-to-Python rescue, eligible saved/shared storage, autograd wrapper dispatch, and conditional 910A/910B CPU binding. The retained changed-layer comparison is correctly excluded from controlled gain claims. The other 76 generated skill records change only source-snapshot URLs/commits; the canonical skill tree is unchanged between the recorded source snapshot ed26a9f4fad26dc6933d8bd7c31bd6d36492ff85 and this head. Candidate / not_run status is preserved.
All four Ready jobs pass. The inspected Python 3.11 log reports Ruff success, 2532 passed, 11 skipped and 284 subtests on merge ec2328a382f10e6833ba4426d480a0c565a4095b, whose parents are the base and head above. The latest per-head policy succeeds for declaration compliance only.
Evidence gaps remain explicit: Skill Eval selected 0 comparisons, left all 86 changed paths uncovered and skipped execution; the automated code review failed to complete. Neither is a passing efficacy result or a completed no-findings review. This is not a merge-ready LGTM. Next for the existing author / #91 owner: decide and record the source-only disposition of this uncovered scope and the incomplete automated review before merge judgment; retain current-stack, whole-model and measured-benefit qualification as open.
Verification here used source and existing hosted evidence only. No upstream installation, local test/benchmark, model/device execution or paid workflow was run. #91 remains a living tracker. COMMENTED is used because the authenticated account is also the PR author; no formal self-approval.

Integration follow-up for unchanged head 193faf394122897d2d30ff8656dc685414e6faaf. API base is still 401ee8a256c21e6c489e7d179e62c70ac08723d3; actual main is now 6e6ee245d9e92ee9365976f2e4e262304999f147, including #262 (head 205b2f6ed9e61278ab69187ea65466e350888287).
Regenerate the catalog from the combined canonical sources before relying on integration readiness. #262 changes the host-memory, graph and collective owners. For example, its host-memory record points to source snapshot f05ab7b583c66a9c34cb9f9e8a2c15b2ccfc0db3 and includes the new PyTorch/CPython resources; this head's record still contains the earlier owner and points to ed26a9f4fad26dc6933d8bd7c31bd6d36492ff85. Conversely, main's recorded snapshot does not include this MindSpeed update. Neither existing source pin describes the combined input tree. The generator explicitly requires the pinned revision to match all indexed canonical inputs.
Next for the existing author: preserve both source slices when integrating current main, commit the combined canonical inputs, regenerate the skill index with that source revision and regenerate coverage, then verify both --check commands and the resulting integration CI. Choosing one branch's entire generated catalog would lose the other slice or its provenance.
The existing Ready results tested merge ec2328a382f10e6833ba4426d480a0c565a4095b against the old base above. They do not test this newer main combination. I have not simulated the merge or run the combined-tree checks, and the API still reports mergeable=true; this comment does not assert a reproduced textual conflict or failing test. The earlier source-review conclusion and evaluation limitations remain scoped to their recorded revisions. No new standalone MindSpeed finding, LGTM or approval.
…eration Retain the pinned MindSpeed amendment and all incoming hardware source readsets, resources and matrix changes. Generated files at this source commit are intermediate; regenerate them from this committed union next. Incremental integration review at head a1a511b0b2dcdde9d7cdc26a5d6fdca81ed5c65d, following 5707990297.
The reported #262 / MindSpeed canonical-integration concern is cleared for this head. Comparing old head 193faf39 to this head shows no change to the previously reviewed canonical training-resource-budget slice. Comparing base 6e6ee245 to this head shows no change to #262's hardware owners. The combined source snapshot bde70d82bb65cc2e5dcd0f9d33cda5d38091120b is reachable and its delta to this head contains only generated catalog/coverage outputs, not canonical inputs. I also inspected the regenerated host-memory, TorchAir graph and HCCL records: they retain the new resources and identify that joint snapshot.
All four current-head Ready jobs pass. Python 3.11 logs identify tested merge 3fd66c3f76621b11f63a6c05d25c79defdbdc3fa (head above into 6e6ee245) and report Ruff success, 2584 passed, 13 skipped, 284 subtests passed. This is source/hosted software evidence, not an independently rerun local suite. Current main 37166b6f adds evidence and qualification tooling but no further canonical skill-source changes; its full combination was not tested by that older merge run.
The prior source-only review remains applicable to the unchanged MindSpeed content. Skill Eval still selects zero comparisons and leaves 86 paths uncovered; the old automated review remains incomplete. The updated body correctly preserves these limits. This clears the specific integration finding, not efficacy, campaign acceptance or #91 completion; no unconditional merge-ready LGTM or formal approval is issued. Existing author/owner disposition of the remaining uncovered/incomplete-review evidence remains separate.

Scoped LGTM for source-only delivery at a1a511b0. The prior combined-source integration blocker is fixed; no remaining blocking source/review finding was identified.
- Existing source and current-head integration reviews cover the preserved MindSpeed amendment and joint canonical snapshot.
- Four Ready jobs and the authorship check pass. Current main adds evaluation tooling/evidence without changing this slice's canonical sources, generators or readers.
- The zero-comparison result remains uncovered, and the failed earlier bot review remains incomplete. Neither is claimed as efficacy evidence; completed source/integration reviews and software checks support this bounded provenance delivery.
Runtime compatibility and model/agent benefit remain unevaluated. The parent tracker remains open; this is not full #91 acceptance or a formal APPROVE.
Evidence and verification limits
Inspected head: a1a511b. Source review: #257 (review) . Integration clearance: #257 (review) . Ready CI: https://github.com/InferMatrixLab/InferRSI/actions/runs/41007372429 . Authorship policy: https://github.com/InferMatrixLab/InferRSI/actions/runs/41026477685 . No pending inline threads or active equivalent GitHub review claim observed. The cited Ready run tested merge into 6e6ee24, not current main 1052925; the relevant main delta was separately inspected, not represented as a rerun. Candidate/not_run states remain unchanged.
Governing Issue and source slice
Refs #91.
Recover the historical MindSpeed adaptive-memory provenance gap in the existing
training-resource-budgetcandidate and integrate it with current canonicalhardware sources. The retained source revision is
53193db8bf5def407c4041a9beb3f4c9e9773daf, with same-pin default BSD-3-Clauseterms and identified file exceptions. The bounded readset traces feature
selection, allocator/callback rescue, the autograd wrapper and 910A/910B CPU
affinity prerequisites.
This is a source/software candidate. Runtime correctness, current TorchNPU/CANN
compatibility, model/service benefit and agent efficacy remain unevaluated.
Canonical integration and generated discovery

readsets and notices. Preserve their canonical bytes and combine both maintained
matrices with the unchanged MindSpeed amendment.
The joint canonical source is

Knowledge authorship declaration
The original source amendment and this canonical integration were authored in
two separate Codex sessions, each actually using
gpt-6.1-solatmaxeffort.The shared configuration below covers both material author sessions. Review-only
work is separate from material authorship.
Remaining work
The parent tracking Issue remains open. Current runtime qualification and agent
efficacy evaluation remain separate work; this delivery does not establish Issue
acceptance.
