Safe weekly maintenance — partial CI
Passed: Full lint/type/test/build matrix (all OS/Python combos).
Failed: security gates — gitleaks-action@v2 exited with failed to scan Git repository: stderr is not empty (no leaks reported). This appears to be a gitleaks runner flake, not a secret finding or pip-audit failure.
Changes: CRLF→LF normalization + actions/checkout@v6.
Approval: Left unapproved — security job must be green or manually triaged before merge.
