Fixes the `Tests` push filter on this release branch, which read `release-` rather than `release-*` and so matched no branch, and adds `release-*` to the `CodeQL` pull request branches. Workflows run from this branch's own copies, so widening the filters on `main` does not cover it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
