Reverse the ecosystem graph arrows to point at dependents - #60

Arrows in the ecosystem graph now point from a package to the packages that depend on it, keeping the same top-to-bottom layout. Also adds `ITensorBase`'s optional dependency on `GradedArrays` as a dotted edge, so `GradedArrays` no longer floats unattached at the top.
