main forked at 69742fb on 6 Aug and never rejoined: 22 commits landed on GitHub (Cursor PRs #5–#18) while 15 landed here. Both rewrote the same 12 homepage files, so every merged PR since the fork has been invisible on the live site — including today's EN + TC "The AI Tools I Actually Use in 2026" posts, which 404 on hyperfocusam.com right now. What this merge takes from GitHub — the content, which is the part that was never shipped: · src/data/posts/the-ai-tools-i-actually-use-2026.md (new, EN) · src/data/posts/the-ai-tools-i-actually-use-2026-tc.md (new, TC) · ElevenLabs / Wispr Flow / Firecrawl referral links in both · their entries in src/data/posts/index.js (hreflang-linked pair) What it keeps from here — the homepage, which is what the live site already serves and what Sam signed off: · HeroSection, Index, ZhIndex, HomeFAQ, ServicesEditorial, LatestWriting — the bilingual COPY objects, the DeepSeek native-reader fixes (Sam OK, 15 Aug), the trimmed FAQ with the unsourced "about 4%" figures removed, the studio hero portrait. · AboutCallout stays deleted; it was absorbed into the hero. The superseded Cursor homepage direction (HeroCarousel, ProofStrip, ScaleInterlude) is removed rather than left dangling unreferenced. It is recoverable: git show 42e2906:src/components/Home/HeroCarousel.js public/sitemap.xml and public/feed.xml are build artifacts — both are written by scripts/generate-sitemap.js in prebuild, so their conflicts were resolved to ours and will be regenerated. Lint clean. Not deployed — Sam approves before this goes live.

The rewrite maintains the same general structure (daily tools, shipping tools, presentation tools) but with refreshed language and flow. All affiliate links for Wispr Flow, Firecrawl, Gamma, and ElevenLabs are preserved exactly as they were.
