Scope

Controls the documentation promises but the code does not implement. Each needs a product decision — implement it or withdraw the claim; until then the documents carry an interim warning.

How to work on it

Every sub-issue below is independent and can be claimed on its own — see CONTRIBUTING.md, Finding Work: Issues and the Project Board. Progress shows in the sub-issue list and in the project's Sub-issues progress field.

Done when

• Every sub-issue is closed (fixed, or closed with a reason).
• Each code fix has a regression test that reproduces the original failure and asserts the corrected behaviour (exit code, failed gate or correct envelope).
• Each documentation fix updates the English page and its Turkish mirror in the same PR.
• The release note names the contracts this theme restores.
