  Turkish text. '29. guard' (EN '29th guard'), '4 öğenin' (EN 'four'); the EN-only 2/8 counts come from version strings and shift in occurrence counts only.
  Which is correct. Both. I diffed the full number multiset: no substantive numeric difference, only tokenisation and ordinal/word-form differences.
  Proposed correction. No change needed.

  Which is correct. Neither is false. The EN paragraph is more complete, and the TR one is a deliberate shortening. This is the source of the mechanical flag diff (--page-range, --quality-filter, --strip-pattern, --strip-urls). The same flags remain in TR in the roadmap-tr.md:18 and :36 rows.
  Proposed correction (Turkish text for the -tr page).   Which is correct. EN states the consequence (a missed gate leads to rethinking, not a delay). TR drops it. Principle 4 at line 109 in both languages still states the rule.
