Which is correct. neither for pip installs

Proposed correction (Turkish text for the -tr page). Preset adları (zero2/zero3/zero3_offload) yalnızca kaynak ağacında configs/deepspeed/*.json mevcutsa çözülür; pip install forgelm ile gelen pakette bu dosyalar YOKTUR ve ad ConfigError (exit 1) verir. Wheel kurulumunda kendi JSON dosyanızın yolunu verin.
