Which is correct. Neither: F-compliance-110 only enforces evaluation.safety.enabled for strict tiers (and warns for auto_revert); a forgotten require_human_approval is NOT caught.

Proposed correction (Turkish text for the -tr page). evaluation.require_human_approval: true — high-risk/unacceptable koşumlar için siz ayarlamalısınız; F-compliance-110 yalnızca evaluation.safety.enabled: false durumunda ConfigError verir, onay kapısını unutmanızı yakalamaz.
