Which is correct. Neither: artifacts_exported is emitted during training export (output_dir, files, governance_ok), not by approve; the sample row is fabricated.

Proposed correction (Turkish text for the -tr page). Onaydan sonra zincirde iki satır vardır: human_approval.required (trainer duraklaması) ve human_approval.granted / .rejected (reviewer kararı). compliance.artifacts_exported eğitim sırasında yayılan ayrı bir event'tir ve staging→final_model eşlemesi yapmaz; staging'den terfi bağlantısı için human_approval.granted içindeki promote_strategy alanına bakın.
