Which is correct. Neither: doctor only counts files/bytes in the cache dir (depth/file-capped walk); it does not verify integrity of a specific model snapshot. Integrity of transfer is only provided by the sha256sum step.

Proposed correction (Turkish text for the -tr page). forgelm doctor --offline cache dizinindeki dosya sayısını ve boyutunu (derinlik/dosya sınırlı tarama) raporlar; belirli bir model snapshot'ının eksiksiz olduğunu doğrulamaz. Transfer bütünlüğünün kanıtı yalnızca sha256sum -c adımıdır; eksik snapshot eğitimde --offline ile fail-fast olur.
