docs/usermanuals/en/operations/docker.md: false claim — "Pull the official image: docker pull ghcr.io/hodetech/forgelm:latest". Image variants latest (~12 GB, all extras), slim (~6 GB) and `airga… (DOC-D3B02-017) #217
The document says. "Pull the official image: docker pull ghcr.io/hodetech/forgelm:latest". Image variants latest (~12 GB, all extras), slim (~6 GB) and airgap (~30 GB, pre-cached Qwen + Llama Guard).
What the code does. No workflow builds or pushes a container image: no ghcr, docker login or push in .github/workflows. README.md states "no image is published, so build it locally first". The Dockerfile installs core + qlora by default with eval/unsloth optional, and none of the listed variants exist.
User impact. Every quick-start command and the air-gap Dockerfile (FROM ghcr.io/...) fail.
Proposed correction. "No image is published. Build it locally: docker build -t forgelm . (build args INSTALL_QLORA (default true), INSTALL_EVAL, INSTALL_UNSLOTH)." Remove the variants table and base the air-gap Dockerfile on FROM forgelm:local.
