The document says. Docker-native: official multi-stage images for GPU and CPU

What the code does. There is one Dockerfile, built on a CUDA base (nvidia/cuda:12.4.1-devel). There is no CPU image, and no workflow builds or publishes any image. Decision C-15 makes a local docker build the distribution contract.

User impact. Users look for official GPU/CPU images that do not exist.

Proposed correction. Rewrite as: "Docker-native: a multi-stage CUDA Dockerfile you build locally (no published image); offline/air-gapped mode supported."
